1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Humaniz Rx ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Humaniz Rx provides AI text humanization and paraphrasing services. The Service transforms AI-generated text into content that reads more naturally and human-like. We do not guarantee specific outcomes with any third-party AI detection tools.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free tier: Limited daily usage as specified on the pricing page
• Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods

5. Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund if you have used fewer than 500 words during the current billing period. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the billing date. To request a refund, contact support@humaniz.rezarexa.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Circumvent academic integrity policies in ways that violate your institution's rules
• Produce spam, misinformation, or deceptive content at scale
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service or its algorithms
• Attempt to overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any text you submit for humanization. The humanized output is also yours. Humaniz Rx retains all rights to its technology, algorithms, brand, and service infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

Humaniz Rx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
